Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free of deodorant or other marks, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, which would have been emailed and/or texted to you at time of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at driftlessedit@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 610 West Main Street, Waukon, Iowa 52172.

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. 

Once we've received the return and given it a quick inspection, we'll issue an in-store credit in the form of a gift card.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Gift cards cannot be returned and are not redeemable for cash. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure a smooth exchange is to email us at driftlessedit@gmail.com. If we have the item you'd like to exchange for in stock, we'll happily set it aside to give you time to make your return. Once your return is accepted, we'll send the replacement item. You will be responsible for shipping if the exchange is not due to an incorrect original shipment. Flat rate $7.50. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded in the form of in-store credit. We'll send a confirmation email with full details on how you can redeem it.
